FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much space does it use?

Our photo booth fits into most spaces, as the footprint is only 3x3-feet. However, we recommend that you set aside a space that is at least 5x5 feet. Most our customers are setting aside a 10x10-foot space to make room for your guests to enjoy the booth. 

Can we customize it with names, event details, branding, or logo?

Definitely! Send us your digital file (.png) to add to our screen and to your images. You can also just let us know what type of text you would like added to your photo booth. (Each option is available for a $100 upgrade.)

what if wifi is unavailable?

Our photo booth is a great time regardless of whether or not our photo booth is connected to WIFI. In the event that wifi is unavailable, we will back all of the images up during the event and send them to your guests once we get back to the office.

Does it require a photo booth attendant?

No! Our photo booth is a self-service set up. With just a few clicks, guests of all ages are able to easily operate our machine.

How do guests access their images?

Once your guests snap their photo or gif, they will be able to enter their phone number and have the images sent directly to their phone via text message. In the event of poor wifi, all images will be sent to the guest the following day once we return to our office.

Does it require an outlet?

Our booth can be powered via a standard 12v outlet. We also offer a wireless battery pack upgrade for $50.00. This upgrade is perfect for outdoor areas or locations with limited outlets available. 

How do we reserve the photo booth for our event?

We simply require a $300.00 non-refundable retainer and a signed contract to reserve the booth for your event. Final payment is due 30 days before your event. 

How late can we have it at our event?

We generally start the photo booth during cocktail hour unless otherwise discussed. We will keep your photo booth active and available for your guests up until your photo and/or video coverage concludes with Dgass Photography. We generally start breaking it down during our last 30 minutes of photo/video coverage for the night.
