They are very organized and have a detailed questionnaire to fill out before the wedding to ensure they have all the important information so the day goes smoothly. 
We also did an engagement shoot with them to meet our photographer ahead of time and we LOVE those pictures too.

Highly recommend an engagement shoot as it's a more relaxed time to get photos together and in a different venue!
